FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of 3 things: our time, the difficulty of the job, and our experience/skill-set. This industry is very much 'you get what you pay for'. When you pay us to work with your dog, you're paying us for the thousands of hours we've invested into our craft, as well as the continuing education we pursue to better ourselves for our clientele. Dog training is an ever-evolving art, and it demands the very best of each of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is set up an evaluation with the client and their dog. We like to sit down and discuss your lifestyle, any issues you've been having, and get to know your dog's personality before giving suggestions on training services. It's very important to us to build a strong relationship with both you and your dog, so we don't like to rush the process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with clients in many different capacities. We've taught senior clients how to raise and manage new puppies, assisted disabled people in teaching new behaviors to their service dogs in training, helped remedy serious aggression in family pets, and showed young kids how to communicate with their dogs and build a better relationship for the future. Dogs are individuals just like people, and we work on a case-by-case basis to develop a training plan that allows everyone involved to feel successful.
