Staff checked all the boxes and did what was expected. Arrived on time and with her cleaning apron ready under her coat. Nothing says “I am ready to tackle the house” than a maid with her apron on. She was very pleasant to work with and followed my instructions. Took care of all my requests and was very professional and polite.
