- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates, usually within 24-48 hours unless it is a smaller project that we can provide the estimate on-site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to determine what problem they are experiencing with their property over the phone and if possible look at pictures that have been emailed or texted to us by the new client. If we determine that it is something we can help with then we would schedule an on-site estimate. If it isn’t something that we can help repair then we would try to help them find the appropriate contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certifications with the IICRC, IAQA, and the Basement Health Association.
