Bob was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He was on time, professional, gave us good advice, and was trustworthy. After installation there was a small problem with the end caps of our blinds. Bob made sure to call the manufacturer and came back to fix it a few weeks later. We were really happy with Bob the Blind Guy!
