- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each roof is different so a quote cannot be given without a proper inspection first. The Good News is that our inspection is FREE and in most cases we can have the estimate in your hands within an hour or so from the inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers typically request an inspection if they are interested in filing an insurance claim. In about 15 minutes we can tell you if you have enough damage to justify a full roof replacement. If the damage is too little, the cost may not exceed your deductible and you probably wouldn't want to file a claim. If you are just looking to pay out of pocket then we can help with that too. We will come out and take our measurements and pictures and get you an estimate as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades of experience in the roofing and construction industry. We are certified with CertainTeed, the leading shingle manufacturer.
