FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality and reliability I bring to every job. I have a minimum service fee for small projects, and most work is quoted as a flat rate so you know exactly what you’ll pay before I start. Materials are billed separately if I supply them. I always provide clear, upfront estimates, and there are no hidden charges. If you have any questions about costs, just ask—I want you to feel totally comfortable before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, I’ll respond promptly to learn more about your project and answer any questions. For most jobs, I’ll ask for a few details or photos so I can provide an accurate estimate. If needed, I can schedule a quick on-site visit with a small service fee that’s waived if you hire me. Once we agree on the scope and price, I’ll schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. I’ll show up on time, complete the job efficiently, and make sure you’re satisfied before I leave. Payment is due after the job is done, and I always appreciate feedback or a review to help future customers know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a mix of hands-on experience in the field and office experience managing projects from start to finish. I’ve worked on everything from retail stores and commercial spaces to residential repairs and installations. In addition, I’m a license qualifier for multiple states, which means I meet strict standards for professionalism, code compliance, and business operations. My approach blends practical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing every job right, no matter the size.
