We are “The Shingle Company”, a third generation roofing, siding, and construction contractor doing top quality work in your area since 1952! Shingle Company Construction, Inc. is a home-grown Illinois roofing, and construction company operating within a 100 mile radius of La Grange Park, IL. Owner Mark Washburn built Shingle Company on the belief that doing good business, and being a good neighbor go hand in hand.

Honest company! I absolutely recommend this company. Their work comes highly rated, but I can only rate his honesty because he took a look at my roof and told me I really didn't need a repair. We had some storm damage in the area and a lot of people had their roofs and siding replaced. I wanted to make sure there were no problems so I contacted a few well-reviewed companies. Most said that there was SOME damage and they could work with insurance and such but Mark came out, inspected everything, and determined that while there was evidence of hail that there wasn't damage done to the roof. He went through everything very thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with. After working with him, when the other roofers came out to "inspect" the damage I could easily sniff them out. While I don't hope to have a roof problem soon, if I do I will 1,000% be using The Shingle Company. After dealing with a lot of different roofers and getting the run around, it was a relief to have someone so knowledgeable (3rd generation roofer), kind, helpful, and honest. Best part is he is bonded and insured and he can work with insurance directly to get what you need done.

I had the shingle company come out and give me an estimate on my roof. the gentalmen that showed up was very polite and answered all my questions taking the time to go threw every option I had. they where very well priced and used quality materials. I decided to use them and am very glade that I did. they showed up when they said they would where very professional and did an above expectations of the job. finishing befor they said and cleaned up so good you could never tell that they where ever here. I would use them again and again. thank you guys kevin

mark washburn was extremely gracious in dealing with the very difficult rules of my townhouse association. he worked within my schedule. his crew was very good, very thorough and cleaned all debris completely. the work was excellent. i would most surely recommend this company.
