FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are inspired by repeating angel numbers. I want my services to be available those in need. I am willing to offer packages for multiple sessions at a lower cost per session. **Prices for Ayurveda and yoga are based on my education, certifications and experience level: Ayurvedic Practitioner Intern (with over 1500 hours) and E-RYT 500 (with over 2000 teaching hours).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An Ayurvedic consultation is highly recommended before other services begin. This helps determine the ideal plan for nutrition, diet, type of yoga, exercise, and daily routine for the individual. Each session, after the initial Ayurvedic consultation, has the opportunity to combine elements from Ayurveda, yoga, Reiki, or meditation depending on the needs of the client. Ayurveda consists of herbal recommendations to take on a daily basis and I give yoga practices to continue on their own between sessions. Reiki session clients will receive distance Reiki for 3 days following the session.
