We are a Corporate In-House Marketing Studio. We build sets and prepare props for Commercials, E-Comm, and Social Media. We had a 5-Star experience with Max Reliable Construction. Max contacted me very quickly after I reached out on Thumbtack. He was very responsive with his communications, confident in his company, team, and experience. Didn't waste any unnecessary time of mine or his own whatsoever. With the right questions, and exchanging some photos he was able to provide a bid over the phone. He set a date to follow up and do the project quickly. His team was very professional and very fast. Even with speed the work was done with incredible quality. If you are looking for Drywall Work, painting, construction, etc, at a minimum reach out to Max's team to discuss it. You will be thanking me for that advice. We had Max's team do the drywall finishing work on three of our sets. They got it done before schedule, in superior quality, and were self motivated. Every time I walked by, the work was being completed. No micromanaging needed. No wasted hours. Just execution and results. Max sent over a great pair of guys to work on our half bath. We needed drywall patched from removing some old fixtures and some tile hung where we had removed a builder's grade mirror. Max was quick to send over his estimate for both jobs. Then was communicative when we had to reschedule. The guys who came to do the work were respectful and professional. They had to come back the next day since it didn't dry as quickly as it was supposed to. They did an outstanding job with both tasks. The drywall was patched and was flat to the wall for my wallpaperer to be able to do her thing. The tile work was amazing (pictured). I would definitely hire them again for any work I needed done around the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically provide a detailed estimate with a breakdown of different types of work, making it easier for clients to understand the scope and adjust or remove items if needed. If a client isn’t sure about certain options, we can include multiple choices in the estimate for comparison.
Our pricing primarily covers labor, as finish materials can vary greatly in cost. Clients have the option to purchase materials themselves, or we can handle the purchase, with reimbursement based on actual receipts.
We offer a 5% discount up to $200 for seniors, military personnel, police officers, and medical workers. Thank you for your consideration!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with a new client starts with scheduling an on-site visit. I come to the location to assess all the project details, understand the client’s requirements and preferences, and take the necessary measurements. We discuss a preliminary plan and provide a free technical consultation, offering solutions that best fit the project.
After the visit, I send a detailed estimate to the client via email. Once the estimate is approved, we usually collect a 30% deposit and schedule the project. We then proceed with the work and finalize the payment upon the full completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a higher technical degree in construction from a European university. Throughout my career, I have consistently pursued various professional development courses related to different construction technologies, including concrete work, carpentry, and metal fabrication.
In the U.S., I completed certified courses to work as a water damage specialist and mold treatment specialist, along with several safety training programs to ensure the safe execution of all projects.
