Jacob did a great job diagnosing an issue! And Rob was very helpful over the phone, sending diagrams and suggesting a fix, I will use them from now on for every issue I have with my hvac, highly recommend!!!

Aire Serv did a wonderful job installing a furnace/AC system in a very challenging space in our home. The techs were very courteous and answered all our questions. They definitely stayed until the job was done right. We now have an upgraded system that is user friendly and really came in handy during the challenging weather this summer. I highly recommend!

During the winter we discovered a gas leak from older hvac pipes and needed someone thorough and prompt. Brandon came out, diagnosed where the leak was across the line, and changed out the pipes throughout. He did an awesome job the same day.

I called Aire Serv for a tune up and Amanoueel came out and was super helpful! He turned on my humidifier, changed my filter, and fixed my heating/AC controls which weren't working properly. I also asked him a ton of questions about my furnace and he answered everything with a smile. Nice guy and am definitely calling them back if I have any issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront, fair, and transparent pricing for all our work and include discounts for military members, veterans, seniors, and emergency service professionals. All our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
For general service calls, we charge a $89 diagnostic fee that we waive if repair work is required.
In-home evaluations and estimates to install or replace existing systems are free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have an accredited degree in HVAC and are EPA 608 certified. Further, our technicians receive 80+ hours of additional training each year to ensure that they provide only the highest quality work and that they are proficient in new products, technologies, and services.
Lastly, all our technicians are fully vetted and undergo a rigorous background check. Trust is paramount to us and it is important that you can trust the people you let into your house.
