- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and upfront — no surprises. I charge by the job or by the hour depending on the task, and I’ll let you know the total before we start. I also offer discounts for repeat customers or for booking multiple small jobs in one visit. If something might cost extra, I explain it ahead of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few quick questions so I understand the job. Then I give you a clear idea of timing and price. I show up on time, do the work properly, clean up after myself — and make sure you’re happy before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in hands-on work for years — from construction to smart home tech to garage doors. Most of my skills come from real jobs, not textbooks. I’ve learned from experience, and I take pride in doing things right.
