Igor was able to fix my washer and get it up and running in no time. He took the time to run full diagnostics to ensure the problem was solved and the unit is fully functional. I reached out to Igor late Sunday night and he was at my house first thing in the morning to fix my washing machine that wouldn't drain. Had all the parts with him and completed the repair. He was very communicative and even replaced my moldy front rubber boot, which a frequent problem with front loaders.
