Elevate windows replaced our windows for our new home. The company offered us Andersen Windows and Marvin Windows replacement. We really liked both and ended going with there Marvin Windows option. The process was smooth from start to finish. We felt like they treated us with respect. No high sales pressure games in home. The sales professional, took their time to assist and educate us on different window styles and options. This window company was a pleasure to deal with. After getting several window quotes for our home. Elevate Windows was most direct and professional. We ended saving close to $9,000 on our Marvin windows project. The installation team did a great job making sure our blinds were back up and cleaning up after the install. They even cleaned our windows and showed us how to operate. Let me tell you, the installer were top notch with every detail that looked amazing. Best part they do the work themselves. No subcontractors.The same day, We received a call from the owner following up with our satisfaction. The owner asked us how's was our experience and thanked us for our business. I was surprised that the owner called to make sure you were 100% satisfied. Thank you Elevate Windows Team. We will use you for our future projects. Highly recommended company. First of all the owner/sales rep was exceptionally friendly and highly knowledgeable of his products. There was zero pressure and no bias toward any particular product or style. We initially leaned toward Anderson Windows, but after the sales rep gave us a short lesson in window technology compared with price value, we chose the Marvin fiber glass as the best solution for our house. Elevate installed 20 new windows with great precision and care. All work areas and furniture were covered and protected. Because of the late December/January weather, windows were installed one at a time to minimize heat loss from our house. The overall results are outstanding. The crew and owner were the best installers (of anything) we have ever experienced. We will highly recommend Elevate to family, friends and even total strangers!
