Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Just finished a HydroStop roof application on a church in lake forest that had numerous leaks and really needed someone that could general and do some of the work and deliver a project on time, on budget and was willing to do extra to thank them for their business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust your gut, take the time to get to know your contractor, go for value, not just price. relationships count!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Good contractors are very valuable and should be respected. They work with subcontractors time and again and their judgements are based on relationships, not just money. The real value of a contractor is his ability to manage the subs and the process and deliver the project on time and on budget.
