We lost power in half of our house overnight, were without power for 3-4 days with no AC in 90 degree weather before someone was able to come out. We had a bigger company come in and tell us we needed to replace the whole electrical panel because it was so outdated and going to cause us issues and fires. Since they quoted us $11,500 we were trying to find alternative solutions and lower cost when we came across Gene. He was very honest about what he believed the issue to be and came out almost first thing the next morning even though we reached out later at night. He confirmed it was simply a main breaker issue, our panel was in fine condition and would last us a while longer. He expressed his concern for how we could be told numerous times a new panel was needed when others hadn’t even opened up the panel inside to check it out because they believed it was older and needed replacing. He replaced the breaker, restored power and AC and let us know our dryer breaker was at too low of a voltage and that is what can cause fires if shorted out in the future. He was willing to replace it then and there for a low cost and ran to the store for us for the parts needed. We cannot thank Gene enough for helping us so quickly and being so honest and transparent about the real issues and helping us not get taken advantage of. We would work with him again in a heartbeat.

I am more than happy to write a 5 star review of Duner Electrical. He came out and quickly assessed the situation, diagnosed the problems, and was so thorough and answered any questions that I have. When he got supplies needed for the installation and to fix the blown outlet, he got the items he would get for his own family, but was also very mindful of cost.
