- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For smaller service calls, we can usually give an approximate quote site unseen. For larger plumbing projects, because each job is different, we use a bid system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we meet with the customer, agree on a price, we perform all work to Illinois plumbing code! All work includes a one year warranty!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, every year all plumbers have to do 4 hours of continuous education by state law.
