My old water valves broke due to an ongoing work. I had an issue with water main and was at risk of flooding if it broke completely, that’s when I contacted Fix Your flow on a Sunday. Sam was understanding and quick to respond, within an hour he attended the issue, and even issue seemed much larger, he took his time to fix one after the other. He was thoroughly professional and showed a good workmanship. I went on to change all faulty and old valves to prevent issues in the future. Thank you Sam for your service. I had a great experience with Fix Your Flow. It’s a family-owned business, and you can really tell they care about their customers. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to explain what was going on before starting the work. What I appreciated most was their honesty. The plumber didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and the price was very fair. The work was completed professionally, everything was left clean, and the issue was fixed the same day. It’s not easy to find a reliable plumber these days, but Fix Your Flow was a pleasure to work with.
