What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is individually tailored to the scope of the project. Given that each client is unique, we customize all services to fit your needs and your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an initial consultation. This will allow us to 1) identify the pain points and 2) the services we can provide get to address them. This initial consultation is complementary and typically last between 15-30 minutes. I will speak with you at no cost for up to an hour to determine what is needed. Once we agree upon a course of action, we can determine how payment will be managed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We help individuals, corporations (large and small), private institutions (colleges and banks), and government entities. Our only requirement is that client is highly motivated and open to evolving.
