Darrin came out same day for a non-emergency leak. He was friendly and communicated well about the issue. Identified the problem and made a plan, came back next day and the problem was sorted within a few hours. Very happy with our hiring choice and would hire again. Also good with dogs which was a nice bonus.

When several highly-rated plumbers from Thumbtack had quoted me $7000-10,000 saying that my basement drains were not working and needed an extensive construction project, Illinois Sewer and Drain came out with camera and rodding equipment and got the lines cleared out for just $425. They also provided me with a good amount of education about my property's plumbing, showing me on the camera some areas where there's some wear-and-tear that I might want to invest in repairing down the line. I am very grateful for Illinois Sewer and Drain's honesty. When other plumbers were trying to scam me, IL Sewer and Drain got the job done, provided me with a solid education about the plumbing, and were kind people who were pleasant to have in the space. Highly recommended and I'll certainly re-hire when I need more work.
