Jose did a fantastic job. He thoroughly cleaned all my returns and supply vents and also sanitized them for me. He showed me pictures of how dirty my vents were and I can already feel a difference in the air quality of my home. He is also very polite and shares a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the HVAC system. The price was also great. Highly recommend!

I tried to clean my dryer vent myself and knew I had messed up when I couldn’t get the brush to move forward. Of course, I had a load of laundry that needed to be dried immediately! 😩
I got on Thumbtack and sent out a few inquiries, hoping I could find someone who could come out that same day. Dusty Duck responded right away with a price and availability. No gimmicks—just straight to business.
He arrived on time, worked quickly, and was very informative. He explained why those dryer vent brushes aren’t the best option and made sure I understood what he was doing and why.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I go to school for hvac and get a certificate for hvac maintenance work on 3 companies related to hvac commercial changing filters, hvac commercial, and duct cleaning! I realize there is big opportunity for honest and good work on hvac duct cleaning since a lot of them are just a scam…. I have knowledge about the hvac sistems and I think I can perform a very good job doing duct cleaning
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you get duct cleaning make sure at least they do and 8” inch hole on main supply and another one on main return truck to connect the big vacuum hose and be able to get the debri out if you don’t see they do this procedure very likely they did not properly clean your system…. And very probably send all the debri into the A coil which over time will produce problem like a clog drain and spill of condensation “water inside furnace
