- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to look at each customers specific job to be able to give an accurate price for that particular job. Many times we are asked to give a price over the phone or flat rate price sight unseen which is difficult at best. In those situations we have to anticipate the worst case possible and puts us in the position to give the client an inaccurate quotation. As we do not operate a casino in the business of gambling - we feel it is prudent for both the client and ourselves to inspect each project and give an accurate quotation for each project presented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We attend each code cycles update seminars to stay relevant with todays demands being placed on our clients electrical systems. A NEC code cycle is 3 years - meaning the National Electrical Code is revised and re-issued every 3 years. We also regularly attend manufacturer seminars and informational meetings so we can learn about new products hitting the marketplace to provide our clients better products at more affordable prices.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We install or repair most anything that is related to the electrical system of your home or business. we are commonly asked to retrofit & install recessed can lighting or ceiling fans into residences that didn't have them installed when originally built.
