Integrated Pest Solutions

When I was looking for a professional to deal with bed bugs, I called several places to first ask questions and get information. David from Integrated Pest Solutions was the only one that answered my questions over the phone before being hired. He was very knowledgeable, explained the process, and was very reassuring that he would work with me until the problem was taken care of. When he came to the house, he was very professional, asked about my concerns, and answered more of my questions as they came up. Several days after the treatment David contacted me to see how things were going and if I had any concerns. I like fact that it is part of the treatment to schedule a second visit to the house to inspect and treat as needed. I highly recommend David and Integrated Pest Solutions.

Alex from IPS was able to come by my apartment within a day of me first reaching out and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He didn't try to rush through, he took the time to seal as many holes as he could and properly set traps, something my building managers have not done. Would recommend IPS to anyone.

Very professional, helpful, and nice. My bed bug problem is under control. I had bugs for about five months, and now they are almost completely gone. There is one problem area left that we are working on, but it should be resolved shortly.. David has done everything to help.. I've been given plenty of good advice and will continue to use them if I have any bug problems in the future..

Very professional and friendly. Performed job as advertised and was on time. I sent the company to my apartment building and the Tenant also provided a compliment to me about their service. Hopefully I don't have to call them again (because that would mean I have pests lol sorry!) but if I needed service in the future I would call them again.
