When I was looking for a professional to deal with bed bugs, I called several places to first ask questions and get information. David from Integrated Pest Solutions was the only one that answered my questions over the phone before being hired. He was very knowledgeable, explained the process, and was very reassuring that he would work with me until the problem was taken care of. When he came to the house, he was very professional, asked about my concerns, and answered more of my questions as they came up. Several days after the treatment David contacted me to see how things were going and if I had any concerns. I like fact that it is part of the treatment to schedule a second visit to the house to inspect and treat as needed. I highly recommend David and Integrated Pest Solutions.

David was great! He came out quickly and remediated all the issues identified by our home inspector and more. Very personable and reasonably priced. I hope not to need them in the future, but won't hesitate to do so. Great service!
