Came home yesterday evening to our house temperature being 78 degrees. AC wasn't working. Called Mr. Phillip this morning and told him what was happening. He said it would be an easy fix and he would be here in the afternoon. He showed up wearing a mask which was greatly appreciated. He had our AC working within 10 minute of getting here, replacing the capacitor. He didn't charge us any additional cost for the Saturday service call and the parts price was reasonable. I recommend Lakes One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who has HVAC problems!

Phil came out on time as promised. He explained in easy to understand terms of what he was doing to our A/C unit. He was polite and professional. He explained our options for replacement of our aging unit. The price was very reasonable for the system check and basic maintenance. Since our unit is still functioning we will wait until it finally quits working and will definitely be calling Phil to do the work. I highly recommend this local business.

After my heat went out at night during these cold winter months, I contacted multiple supposedly reputable companies who either didnt care or gave me non-specific information like we will forward your information to our techs, after a number of hours I called 1 hour heat and air and their tech Phil was there in no time! Phil was very knowledgeable and had my furnace up and running in minutes!! Prices are completely reasonable for an emergency call, Theyve definitely earned loyal customers from me and my family for life!

I have used one hour heating and air conditioning for almost 5 years. They have always been friendly, professional, on time, and knowledgeable. I have it set up so they come out twice a year for cleaning the furnace and the airconditioner. I've had many different companies in the past but this is the one I'm sticking with!
