We were so impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness during the quoting process. We received a detailed estimate and clear communication. Our experience with John was particularly fantastic and spent a lot of time going over the details with us. He was willing to answer any additional questions without hesitation. John was very thorough with his estimates. He was prompt and professional. I ended up not hiring him because of factors not related to him but wanted to leave a review based on my interactions I had through the estimation process. Because I did not see his actual work, I can not comment on that. However, I have pretty good amount of experience with GCs and contractors. Many of them are horrible. I am pretty confident John is quite capable and trustworthy. His on sight consultation does take a long time so keep that in mind. However he can give you a detailed estimate on the spot. He also said that he works on the projects himself. Which is great because I have had issues with GCs that’s barely at the sight and would have to redo things after I point them out.

I highly recommend this company, John the owner was a delight to work with and helped with deciding on what colors would look good and gave us pretty of time to decide. The painters were a delight to work with. John company is ever professional any wonderful to work with. I”ll already recommended him to a couple of friends and they already signed contracts. They change the look of the inside of my house and we love it. My kitchen was just yellow and white and they put this back slash on for me and I would love to share with you how beautiful it looks .

John and his wife Letyce deal with customers in a professional, friendly manner. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing for our basement projects. We understand this is a large project. We also offer multiple payment options including CC payments.
We have a signing discount of 7%. 7% is removed from labor price if you sign the day of the estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer and walk through all their needs and answer any questions they have about the work to be done and the process in which things are accomplished. We feel honesty and transparency is needed in order for the customer to trust us in their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working hands on with painting and general contract work since childhood has helped me gain the knowledge to properly train all my employees in this trade to ensure anyone working for me will give the customer the same quality I would if I was in their home.
