Want the most caring and constructive kick in the tush you'll ever receive? Look no further than coaching with Ryan. He will partner with you in every way to dig deep and uncover what you really want out of life and devise realistic ways to support you in achieving it. I began my coaching journey with Ryan generally pleased with my life, feeling a little "meh" about my weight at 43 and wanting to do something about it, but not really knowing where to start. Ryan met me where I was with compassion, and supported me in rewriting the scripts and thought patterns I'd come to believe about myself, nutrition, and fitness. In working with Ryan, I've discovered goals and dreams I was unable to recognize when I was 'buying into' the negative thoughts and assumptions I ascribed to myself. Most importantly, Ryan teaches the act of self-accountability. He's no savior here, folks; he makes darn sure that I recognize the results I see in front of me are in direct correlation with the work I've done, and will continue to do. I was initially very skeptical about any weight loss program. I tried intermittent fasting and exercise, and I wasn't able to lose much weight before it rebounds. After eating a big cone of ice cream, I decided to send We Coach! You Smile! Weightloss+ A message
This is probably the best decision I made in 2020. After working with Ryan for 14 weeks, I lost 20 pounds! This may not be a big number on paper. However, it is a big accomplishment given 1) I wasn't super overweight to start with (BMI 27), 2) I wanted a healthy way to lose weight, 3) I didn't have to giving up drinking bubble tea!
