- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Call Fee: $69 – Includes a full diagnostic of your HVAC or refrigeration system. We’ll waive the service fee if you approve the recommended repair! Seasonal Tune-Up Special: $89 – Keep your system running efficiently with our comprehensive tune-up check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for Working with New Customers: Initial Contact – You can reach us by phone, email, or through our website. We'll gather basic information about your issue or request. Schedule a Visit – We’ll schedule a convenient time for one of our certified technicians to come out. Diagnostic & Assessment – For a $69 service call fee, our technician will perform a full diagnostic of your system. Upfront Estimate – We’ll explain the issue and provide a clear estimate for the repair. If you approve the repair, we waive the $69 service fee. Repair or Service – Once approved, we’ll complete the repair or service on the spot if possible, or schedule a follow-up if parts are needed. Follow-Up & Support – We stand by our work and are always available for any follow-up questions or future service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are EPA-certified and have completed accredited HVAC/R training programs focused on diagnostics, repair, installation, and refrigerant handling.
