I am extremely happy with the service I received from Vitaliy today. My one year old furnace couldnt start for some reason. After other companies failed to diagnose the problem, I decided to try Next Generation heating and cooling company. They sent Vitaliy on the same day I called and he quickly figured out what was wrong. His technical skills and professional knowledge are truly impressive! Vitale came on site identified the problem presented multiple solutions, told me what the potential cost would be, but I wanted to handle it. It was a delightfully smooth and simple process that took a 21-year-old AC unit and got it back online in under an hour. Nothing more needs to be said very happy

My AC went out during the first few 80 degree days of 2021. NG have me a call and a window to come out that next day and had everything fixed within 20 min of being here. They had the condenser part on the truck and had the AC blowing within 20 min.
Also, their pricing was great. Really reasonable call charge and then likely were charging retail cost for the parts.
