1. Don't be so pushy. It was nonstop texts and just because you say you're not trying to harass doesnt mean its not harassment. It started to be very unprofessional and creepy.
2. Offer upfront pricing. There were other pros that gave set pricing. We would not have been ok if you charged well above what you originally estimated, once you got here eventhough I am very transparent about what we had and sent photos.
3. You text A LOT. I responded and let you know several times my husband is the one that would reach out. He is the one who decided who won the bid. & then finally after telling you for a 3rd time and you still continued to reach out. I stopped responding. You then said I ghosted you and felt entitled to be reimbursed for the money you paid thumbtack to engage in this lead. and when I did not answer you, you called me the next day.
THAT IS HARRASSMENT.
I get being desperate. I get that times are hard. However, I do not owe you anything. Not the job. Not reimbursement for the lead. Please. Do not reach out to me again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask for pictures to get an idea to get a ruff quote but until I can actually get hands on physical contact that's when I can narrow it down to an exact quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a person who really wants to help people and I have a few disabilities my self and this way I can work my own schedule and work myself as hard as I want and still earn a living at the end of the day.
