- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im fair pricing. Need an invoice for sheet metal or equipment, I can show you how many $ we spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking customers whats the problem, whats the idea of their project, how much they want to spend. There's always couple options. Cheaper, better, higher quality, etc. Communication is the key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im was worked for couple companies in my short career, they dont want to teach you more. Im did it by myself, get a license, trainings on field, started from a helper to installer and become an company owner.
