Norman was great to work with! when I told him the symptoms, he suggested a few options. after he opened the machine up he was very specific with the options and dollar amount. There were no hidden fees, no surprises, he didn't force anything on me, and let me decide exactly what I wanted to do. when I got my machine home it performed exactly as he said it would, no surprises. I was very pleased, I will use him again in the future if need be...

I had a faulty external hard drive that wasn’t being recognized by my computer. They came and picked it up, analyzed it, gave me recommendations on how best to fix it (it unfortunately would need to be handled somewhere else). He helped me reason through whether that extra cost was worth the non-critical files on the hard drive. After I decided, IT Teks delivered the hard drive back to me. I wasn’t charged at all. I could not believe the level of help (delivery!) I received just to diagnose my problem and understand possible options. If I ever have a similar issue, I will ask this awesome family owned business.
