Rob did an excellent job. He replied to my message within 1/2 days and was able to schedule me right away. He let me know he was running early and I was ready, so the carpet was repaired beautifully and you can’t even tell.
Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing. Very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with the selection and placement of carpet for our stairs. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are very competitive. We are strictly shop at home we have a couple of offices with a couple of warehouses and are overhead costs are lower we are able to pass that onto our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's a repair we can usually quote from the picture although we do prefer to go to the house to actually look at it because there are many variables. If we are going to sell the customer carpeting and hardwood and tile we like to go to the house to show samples and measure to her and her husband.
