- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weber Events offers three planning and coordination packages. - Full Service Planning begins at $4,000 - Partial Planning Coordination begins at $2,500 - Month-of Coordination begins at $1,500 - Event Management begins at $1,000 Each package offers different levels of task that the planner will be responsible for completing for the client. Not every couple or event are the same, so we like to work with each client to build the right package for their needs. We also offer a la carte options, beginning at $50/hour, including DIY decorations, invitation and RSVP management and wedding related errands.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new client is simple. We like to set up a phone call or in-person meeting to get to know the client, the clients vision and needs for the event. After that initial meeting, we find the package and price that fits their needs and we send them a contract. Once the contract is completed, we begin the steps to designing the perfect event for our new client. There is nothing more important to us than making sure that our clients special day is perfect!
