When I first meet Gino - I believed he was honest & up front as for as cost & installation time. Out of several other contractors I spoke to Gino seemed to be truly interested in what customers needs were & not try & sell me things I did not need. Also on installation Gino explained everything he was doing & the time frame. If I had questions, he answered. I'm also glad the company is family owned, I believe he cares more then a big company like ADT. I also will be having cameras installed in the very near future. Anyone who asks I will definitely suggest United Surveillance
