Scott did an amazing Job with setting up my Hometheater. Gave an excellent suggestion in placing an AV rack inside my office room and also concealed all the wires within the wall. This is quite a good solution since there are kids in my home who wont meddle with the devices when watching any movie. He came alone with all the necessary tools and additional equipment's needed for the installation. Very professional, courteous and a hard worker. I strongly recommend him.

My experience with Scott was truly one of the best I’ve ever had with any home project. I called to have him come and give an estimate on putting up a mount for my 65in tv. He came the same day and after I showed him my initial attempt to install the mount, he confirmed it was in properly and then he helped me lift this monster TV onto the mount!
Scott was extremely professional and a pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend his services to anyone else looking for TV mounting projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge to discuss a project. Some projects require an on-site visit to best determine what is needed and those meetings are always free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple tasks like mounting flat screens a short phone call gives me all the details I need to prepare for the install.
For complex projects like networking, audio systems, lighting, climate control, or home theaters I will set up an appointment to walk through the house with the client. Then I will provide a written estimate and move on to scheduling at the clients convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am one of the original members of CEDIA. I've attended just about every training available regarding systems integration and consumer electronics. I continue to attend training in various areas in my industry to stay current on what's new.
