What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat fee pricing for estate planning documents. Please inquire for our current prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a no charge initial consultation to discuss estate planning. From there, you can decide whether to retain my services. If you choose to do so, I will obtain all of the necessary information to draft your documents. The process takes approximately three weeks from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Illinois attorney. I also am a member of the Federal bar for the Northern District of Illinois. I also have a managing real estate broker license.
