- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are $75 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. This rate includes two team members on-site, allowing us to work efficiently and complete your project faster.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make you feel comfortable every step of the way. 1. Initial Consultation – We start with a conversation about your goals, the areas you'd like help with, and any concerns or deadlines you may have. 2. Schedule Your Appointment – Once we understand your needs, we'll schedule a day and time that works best for you. 3. Declutter & Organize – We work alongside you at your pace, helping you sort through items with no judgment. We organize the space based on your preferences and can also help with downsizing, packing, or unpacking if you're moving. 4. Final Walk-Through – Before we finish, we'll review everything together to make sure you're happy with the results and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do not have formal certifications or specialized training in organizing. Our experience comes from our own passion for creating organized, functional spaces and helping others feel less overwhelmed by clutter.
