FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give you a clear price before I start, and I do not change it without your OK. My minimum job is $100. I have experience with hard stains, but not every stain comes out. If I think a stain may stay, I will tell you before I start
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send me photos and the size of the area, and I give you an estimate. When I arrive, I check the fabric and the cleaning code tag, and I test a hidden spot first. Then I clean with professional products chosen for your fabric and stain. I protect the floor around the furniture. A two-seat sofa usually takes about 2 hours. Furniture is usually dry in 6 to 8 hours, depending on humidity
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IICRC-certified (Upholstery & Fabric technician). IICRC is the main training and standards organization in the cleaning industry. I follow its methods for fabric testing and cleaning.
