It was a little difficult getting this accomplished. First appointment was not fulfilled. Second appointment, tech showed up , but wasn’t able to deal with my equipment. He did tell me that it probably wasn’t critical for maintenance since system is only three years old.

Communications was great. Was able to get the job scheduled and completed on the same day . The technician diagnosed the problem and then explained what was needed.
