What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make my new clients comfortable, offer them a coffee :) and have an informal conversation to determine their level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Romance Languages and studied in Paris and Madrid. I am endorsed to teach Spanish, French, and ESL by the state of Illinois.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved learning languages and am a grammar "geek". Making language fun is my goal!
