We had an EXCELLENT experience with Gigi and Creative Flooring Solutions. He and his colleague were punctual, paid great attention to detail, and our floors look like new. A few of our neighbors who've dropped by over the last few weeks actually asked us if we'd *replaced* our old wood floors! We told them that, no, they'd just been buffed and revarnished. Gigi was amazing to work with. He showed up every morning promptly, communicated his plan for the day to me and what the updates were and worked so hard to get our project done.
