Our experience with Transylvanian Construction was overall very good! The quote was delivered quickly and was reasonable. We replaced floors in our upstairs with hardwood, removed and installed a new banister in the loft and installed hardwood on the stairs. The overall quality of the work was very good as well as the support of expectations. I had asked for a sample of the banister before work began and because that was never gotten to me there were some misscommunications on materials however Transylvanian did a fantastic job of quickly and professionally remedying the problem. Initially the project was scheduled to take two weeks but ended up taking a little over 3 weeks but the end result was wonderful! Thank you for everything!

My whole experience with this company was nothing but professional, honest, upfront, timely. I don't have a bad word to say about anything. From my initial phone call to setup an estimate, the final walk through of the floors it was simply amazing and my floors look great too. I was never talked down too nor did they try to talk above my head about what they needed to do. When i asked for a couple of stain swatches so i could better choose my color they helped pick out 4 different options and had the floor sanded with the stain options on the first day ready to go. If I had more floors to get done or needed them done again i would use this company no question.
