I had the pleasure of working with Randy as a contractor for my company to assist us in Sears product launch for 2016. Randy came highly recommended by the Sears set up team and as I began working with him I quickly discovered why. Randy is extremely knowledgeable on Sears multiple portals that must be used to get items loaded properly into Sears website as well as setting up UPCs and pricing that feeds into the actual store registers. Randy is very detailed and keeps in constant communication. He is extremely organized and prepares templates of data prior to calls to keep focused on task at hand and help get the exact answers needed. I would recommend Randy to anyone who has Sears as a customer or who has a customer with a lengthy and detailed set up process.
