- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and transparent pricing — no hidden fees. Every project is different, depending on size and condition, but I always give an upfront estimate before starting. I also provide discounts for multiple items (for example, if you clean a sofa and chairs together).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer about their main concerns (stains, odors, pets, etc.). Then I inspect the sofa and explain what results they can expect. After that, I use professional deep-cleaning equipment to remove dirt, stains, and bacteria. Finally, I do a fast-drying process so the sofa is ready to use the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training with professional upholstery cleaning machines, deep cleaning solutions, and stain/odor removal techniques. I constantly stay up-to-date on the best practices in the cleaning industry to make sure I deliver safe and effective results for every home.
