- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do provide discounts for - First Time Customers Senior citizens Veterans and military personnel First responders and so forth For Mold and Water Damage Services, we do charge a $95 service call charge for the initial assessment - but, when hired to do the job, we will credit back this charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Customer Intake Process - as I call it, is the process whereby you find out about all the customers needs through questions and providing answers for the customer for Him or Her to make an informed decision, and whether our company is the right fit for them. The customer will then provide to us information needed to schedule an initial walk-through pre-cleaning inspection of the areas or articles to be cleaned. At that point, we will provide a workable quote for the CUSTOMER’s approval and get started on the spot if the customer chooses to use our services. Please, you must be certain that you do want the services before you schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the necessary certifications required to be a Carpet & Upholstery cleaning technician. And also the required certifications per codes and standards of IICRC - ( Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certifications )
