Junior came out today and replaced the GFCI and cover box for outside. He explained what needed fixing and showed me the repair once it was completed. I also inquired about future potential job of replacing our hard wired smoke detectors. Most appear to be original from when the home was built 15 years ago. Junior was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very competitive in pricing. Everyone should have the ability to get quality craftsmanship at affordable prices!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by making sure we fully understand what our customers needs are. We do this by communicating with them every step of the way by talking, emailing or texting/messaging. We then work with the customer to develop a plan that meets and exceeds their needs. DN Electric takes a new customer step by step, to help them understand the total process and what's involved in completing their projects. It is important that a customer understands what is being considered and charged.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25 years experience in the field and employee of variety of skilled and trained technicians.
