Arthur of New Era Plumbing is a professional. His prices were great and his work was truly exceptional. I can only speak for myself but any plumbing services I may need in the future (although I doubt I will after the work Arthur completed) will be done by New Era Plumbing. I had a whole home repipe, a new shower drain installed, and a fairly large amount of sewer and vent pipe replaced and correctly installed. And the work was completed in 3 days. I had water and a toilet available at the end of every day. Arthur was friendly and even changed things for me as I changed my mind about placement of drains etc along the way. He was on time every day. He answered my calls every time I needed to discuss things. I honestly can't say enough nice things about him. His prices were thousands less than a couple big name companies that came and gave me estimates. He finished on time. I was told 3 to 4 days and as I stated previously he was done in 3. So I saved thousands of dollars, have a completely new plumbing system, and peace of mind. Thank you Arthur.

Arthur was a great find. Personable guy and he really knows his stuff. Came out for sump pump and back up replacement estimates. Took his time explaining the options, and gave his recommendation. Work was done quickly and he went over everything with me when he was done. Oh, and he helped me out with a stubborn faucet while he was here. Others wanted $150 just to look at it. Will definitely use again.
