- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To be certain our customers are provided with upfront pricing, one of our certified Technicians will come to provide a thorough evaluation of your system. Our Technician will then provide a complete Summary of Findings and if any work needs to be completed, our customers will be provided the cost for such before any work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide both old and new customers with the same value-added service. We take time during our visit to your home and ensure complete satisfaction with our service. That's how we've been doing business for over 30 years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are Technical School graduates and are NATE certified. Our Technicians experience regular and ongoing Technical training while employed by Leslie.
