Our air conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of the year, so we needed a new one as quickly as possible.
A family member recommended Pioneer heating and cooling to me, and I'm happy to report that I was not let down at all!
Khan, the technician was just fantastic to begin with!
He was moral in our home, attentive to our needs, and made the process quick and easy—exactly what we wanted.
He was able to procure us an air conditioner and have the installation done the following day, which I thought was above and beyond!
It was fantastic that the crew showed up the following day and earlier than anticipated!
They were each very kind, considerate, informed, and competent.
He went above and beyond to fix a few issues that they felt needed to be fixed.
Both of them maintained the areas tidy and cleaned up everything after themselves.
