After two other fireplace companies evaluated my gas fireplace, charged for visits, proposed expensive repairs, and still failed to solve the problem, I was fortunate to find Sean.

Sean took a completely different approach. Instead of guessing or recommending unnecessary parts, he focused on identifying the actual root cause. Within a short time, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had my fireplace working again through the existing wall switch. The previous technicians had proposed significantly more expensive repairs, including additional equipment and upgrades that ultimately were not needed.

What impressed me most was Sean’s honesty, technical expertise, and professionalism. He explained everything clearly, did not try to upsell me, and charged substantially less than the other companies that were unable to fix the problem. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep knowledge with integrity, but Sean did exactly that.

If your gas fireplace isn’t working and you’ve already been told you need costly repairs, do yourself a favor and call Sean before spending another dollar. His expertise saved me a considerable amount of money and frustration, and most importantly, he solved a problem that two other technicians could not.
